January 2020 Doodle Prompts

One of my goals for 2020 is to improve my drawing. So, I created daily single word prompts for those days when I need extra inspiration. Each month, there will be a new set of prompts. Stay tuned because next month, I'm going to share the resources and online classes I'm using to teach myself how to draw.

2019 is coming to an end and I’ll be back with a whole new set of 52 prompts for 2020. So, if you’re looking for a new 52 week challenge I’ve got you covered. Maybe you want to challenge yourself to write a short story every week. Or maybe you need ideas for weekly illustrations. Or maybe you want a chill 2020 with occasional inspiration, that’s fine, too.

This year, things are going to be a little bit different. I will be introducing two new prompts styles.

• Personify This - Stretch your creativity by reimagining everyday objects as humans.
• The Year of Doodles  - I'll provide a new list of objects every month. You can either doodle the given object, incorporate it into an illustration or incorporate it into your stories. Over on Instagram, these will be posted daily, too.

I also started a new Instagram account where I'll be sharing daily prompts. And if you tag me in your creations or use the appropriate hashtags, you can get featured in my stories.
